General Business and Sale Conditions:
The contract of sale comes about with our confirmation of your order.We will confirm your order via email as soon as possible.
The offers are non-binding. Slight changes of the product or technical changes to the product displayed are possible.
We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract in parts or completely or to offer a product similar to the one ordered in case an article cannot be delivered for reasons beyond our control.
Right of withdrawal: The purchaser has got the right to return a product within 14 days after receiving the item, except products for which the right of withdrawal has been denied up front (e.g. second quality products). It is sufficient if the date of postage is within the 14 day period.
We accept the return of goods only if it is undamaged and sent in the original packaging. According to law, we refund the postage if the order came to more than 45 Euro in total or if the returned item proved to be of bad quality. The costs for the return postage will be either settled with the next order or refunded.
Period of delivery
Products, which are on stock, will be sent within 48 hours as a rule (with the exception of weekends, holidays and vacations); the arrival will depend on the point of delivery (please inquire at your post office for usual delivery times).
With products, for which we have to order material from our supplier, we will notify you per email about the approximate date of delivery. In case a delivery takes longer for reasons beyond our control the purchaser has no right to withdraw from the contract.
Prices
Relevant are the prices given on the website (including VAT).
Postage
The costs for packaging and postage vary according to size and weight of the various products and of course to the destination address. We will inform the purchaser about the costs for postage and packaging per email and wait for a confirming reply before sending out the item.
Payment
The purchaser will receive the bill with the product and has to pay the full amount within 21 days of receiving it to the account displayed on the bill.
In the case of delayed payment a reminder charge of each € 2,50 has to be paid for the first two reminders, as well as any costs for necessary writing and postage expenses (e.g. registered mail) according to the up to date postal pricing. From the 14th day on, 2% interest for the delay has to be paid in addition.
Reservation of proprietary rights
The goods remain our property until full payment has been effected.
Privacy protection
The data given to us, necessary for the purchase processing is dealt with and stored by us confidentially.
Jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction is Rosenheim, Germany. German law shall apply exclusively.
